Long ago, a failed park dubbed “pokey park” or “dinky park” in antiquity, was abandoned, and the plot of land was put up for sale. Weeks, months, years went by without a buyer, and so the land was given to a private company for them to build a space center to promote public investment in space exploration. The plot of land was again turned into an amusement park, with rides simulating the experiences of astronauts in space and during launch. Their latest addition to the park was the Chris Sawyer observatory on the roof of the building, although it remains closed off to the public.
