Drayton Manor's Thomas Land

Ride to Rate: Troublesome Trucks Runaway Coaster

Thomas Land is a themed area of Drayton Manor based around the 1984 TV Series "Thomas the Tank Engine and Friends", it opened in 2008, which was the original location of Robinsons land, which included a Gerstlauer Junior Coaster called Troublesome Trucks Runaway Coaster. The coaster has a short zig zag section before assending a Tyre lift hill and through Large Helix before returning to the station

There is also a 2ft End to End Railway running from Knapford Station to the Drayton Manor Zoo (The line was built on top of Drayton Manor's old zoo line)

Some other rides include Cranky's Drop Tower, Blue Mountain Engines, Toby's Tram Express, Winstons Whistle Stop Tours, Harold's Helicopter Tours and Rocking Bulstrode

The sourounding park is based on its modern day appearence after the 2015 expansion.


Notibly the area contains a 1958 Classic Car ride, left over from Robinsons Land.
