Story:
For this contest we had to make a ride that exists or that has existed.
I took that a bit further and made a ride that has existed, but jet still exists.

On the 27th of April 1986 a fun fair in the town of Pripyat opened. It was to have its grand opening on the 1st of May, in time for the May Day celebrations, but was opened 3 days earlier. Rumor says it was to distract people for what happened the day before when a couple of kilometers away nuclear reactor 4 of the Chernobyl plant exploded.

The fun fair was opened only for one day because that same afternoon the whole city was evacuated. 33 hours after the disaster.

Now the city and its fun fair is an abandoned ghost town.
