During 'first contact' with the Borg, (as normally seen in episode "Q-Who?"), the Enterprise's scanners indicate that the Borg might have already assimilated our culturural distctiveness to their own.
Data: "Sir, sensors indicate a recreation of two classic movies inside the enemy vessel."
Picard: "What?! On screen!"
Data: "Aye, sir."
The viewscreen shows a group of Borg playing a scene from ET, and from The Room.
Riker: "Remarkable."
