There was once a regular dude who walked the streets, until he wandered onto a Nevada nuclear testing site. It was there that the nuclear blasts awakened the cool genes deep in the dude's DNA. This mutation would make him the Cool Dude. He seeks revenge on humanity for not being cool and also because his only pair of sun glasses were destroyed in the blasts.
