For my plot I used the track lay-out of Delfino Square. But instead of replicating the full track I gave a twist with the scenery.
You will race through parts of the original track, but also through a small 'shroom forest.
Don't forget to take a pitstop at Bowser oil, take a drink in the Mario café or get a souvenir at Luigi's store.
