After futile attempts of colonising Japan during the Victorian era, the Japanese Empire in shambles closed itself off from the outside world again. During attacks from the shoguns of different districts, the city of Nagata became heavily invested in steam energy and thrives thanks to it. Within no time, the steam wars ended with victory for the green district. Now the districts live in peace in Nagata - the city of steam.
