Old Man Doomy had been running a successful film studio out in the Desert of Doom for decades before the shady suits from DeurkCorp started turning up and buying all the plots of land to build their monstrosity of a project they called a ‘Theme Park. “They’ll never buy me out!” exclaimed Doomy and, credit to the man, he stuck to his word. Of course nowadays with the disappearing skyline it’s become harder to film those famous Noodle Westerns (The man HATED spaghetti!) and operations have moved indoors, but they get by thanks to new ideas from his prodigy, Doomy Jr. Under the guise of a theme park, guests unwittingly take part in the movies and, due to some technicalities with land ownership, rides passing through the plot have been incorporated into the film plots seamlessly. In recent years the studio has also branched out into new film genres but Doomy always puts a little Western spin on things where he can. Be sure to check out the back-lot when you visit… Doomy is a notorious hoarder and keeps all his props… “Might come in handy some day” he always says, but it’s becoming a bit of a space issue!
