A long time ago, this place was founded by the holy Marici, the Japanese queen of heaven. She and her two baby dragons built this place for the people who wanted to escape reality and all the stress they had to endure. Now, approximately 3000 years later and with some help of the two (not-so-baby-anymore) dragons, many people have been helped by Yoko Misuki and so can you.
