Zarathustra Corp. presents the world's northernmost amusement park, Aurora Falls, built around a man-made waterfall on the Arctic coast.
Far from civilization and lacking in sun for half the year, Aurora Falls offers some of the darkest skies of any park, and gleaming gold on black supports, our huge Eurofighter, Big Dipper blends right in. True to it's name it includes a 141 ft. (42 m) beyond vertical 135 degree drop. It also boast four unique inversions and a 540 degree helix. Less compact than most Eurofighters, it's layout is designed to give the rider the maximum of breathtaking views of Aurora Falls and the gorge below. If the bitter cold air is a little too breathtaking, pick up a helmet from our Helmet Salesman in the station building.
Or if you want to get out of the cold completely, enjoy one of our two indoor rides. North Pole is a Launched Freefall which offers 240 ft. (72 m) of breathtaking views and mind-ripping G forces, all from the comfort of a luxurious heated cabin. Mercurial Mine is a classic mine train coaster, but with a twist.
For the outdoors enthusiast, rent out a toboggan from Sled Hire 1 or a boat from Penguins With Free Will. Or enjoy the heart of the camping experience with “It's a Bonfire” (sponsored by Donald Glover), but beware of bears that attack with efficiency.
Aurora Falls also boasts a chairlift with a unique helical design, Excelsior, which connects the park entrance to the Summit House. Once there guests can enjoy hot chocolate or what austere food options are available at this latitude, while taking in the view from the porch.
Lastly, cultural critics will enjoy the Snow Globe Theatre, which features winter-themed Shakespearean comedies, performed in the round. Currently playing: A Mid-Winter's Endless Night's Nightmare.
