Welcome to Dedede's Skyscraper City. You board the City Slicker rapids in the city park, after which you descend down into the sewers (I know), where you travel through the water treatment plant and through large pipes before you return to the park's pond. Watch out for the alligators. (I had a lot of fun building this park. Thanks to mamarillas for some of the buildings and thanks to Shen Kitchen for the palette.)
