New York State decided to condense some of its attractions in the near future and brought the Alpine Bobsled Coaster from Lake George, NY (six flags is bankrupt, of course), to the Olympic town of Lake Placid (home of the 1932 Miracle on Ice and 1980 Olympics). They situated the coaster in the Olympic Skating Oval on Main street of Lake Placid, next to the already running olympic skating oval. Come check it out!
