A group of entrepreneurs were wondering how best to use a plot of land alongside a highway, and they decided to build a theme park. They figured that a wooden coaster along the highway will draw people in to visit the park, and they ultimately chose to build a PTC-style wooden coaster. This wooden coaster features a splashdown near the end, in full view of guests before they even enter the queue line, further encouraging them to ride this flagship coaster.

As an aside, they built an 8-storey parking structure and helped fund a station for the subway/metro line in the highway median to encourage people to take the metro train rather than drive.
