Starside Basin
Starside Basin is the name of an entire underground basin; the reason for it's name is because it is possible, on one of the few lakes that surface, to sightsee constellations in the night sky quite clearly.
Surrounding this lake was built a small sized park for guests to enjoy the tradition of starsighting. A considerable amount of stalls have settled in the park, selling food and drinks one cannot find anywhere else.
Considering the popularity, the park has installed five rides, with a certain space thematic to them. The flagship of its rides is Meteor.
Meteor is an air powered coaster, featuring a top hat and a huge loop. Launching at 119km/h, it fights against the force of gravity to climb it's 46.5 meters tall top hat.
The park also features other thrilling rides, such as Nebula², a launched freefall with a 45 meter tall tower; and Andromeda, a Top Spin.
For the people who prefer milder experiences, there is Zero G - a set of spacial rings, to truly experience the lack of gravity; and a small dock, aptly named Lake Tour.
The park generally operates until midnight on weekdays; and on weekends, until 3AM. On certain weeks of the year, guests can enjoy the starsighting, as the park shuts all the lights off for these occasions. Rides operate normally during these nights, so guests can look further into the stars with the launched rides, or while rowing boats. Guests standing nearby the lake can marvel themselves by seeing one of the largest constellations through the loop of Meteor.
