Monhegan Island off the coast of Maine has an incredible network of hiking trails. To avoid lawsuits over people getting injured on the trails, the island decided to close off the hiking trails and replace them with a powered roller coaster. The coaster navigates around the entire island's cliffs and beaches, so be sure to rotate the map to see the same scenery as the riders.
