Victoria Peak; the second tallest mountain in the Maya Mountain range and also home to the Victoria Peak amusement park (Rated 10 out of 10 on Trip Advisor). Built around the spectacular Victoria Peak falls, this wonderful park utilizes the existing ancient mayan ruins to the fullest extent. Keeping the history of the Mayan people alive, many of the rides are named after Mayan Gods. One of those gods, Vucub-Caquix, the bird demon, is the name of the thrilling dive coaster built by B&M. Make sure you check out the amazing engineering feat of the Victoria Peak River bypass where the entire river has been carried over top of the Vucub-Caquix coaster.
Guests can also check out the thriliing Cabrakan's Mountain Pass mine train ride which dips and dives around the mountain and enters many of the old tunnels built by the Mayan people thousands of years ago. Visitors are also welcome to get a small history lesson by partaking in the thrill ride, "The Mayan Death" if they so dare.
