Arrow was a company that has built many coasters all around the world, and there's a good chance you have ridden one or more of their coasters. One of the coaster models that they sold was their Looping Coaster. In Rollercoaster Tycoon, this type of coaster is represented by the Corkscrew Coaster. The Arrow looping coasters that exist in the world typically have 3 to 7 inversions, and a lot of them have a custom layout. Typically these coasters have at least one vertical loop, and several other inversions which include corkscrews, batwings, sidewinders. Examples of Arrow Looping Coasters include Viper at Six Flags Magic Mountain, Loch Ness monster at Busch Gardens Williamsburg and the infamous Drachen Fire, which could be found at the same park and ran for only six years before it was removed. Most of these coasters are not known for being very smooth, but they often have very impressive layouts, and often have great nostalgic value!
Rule 1: You have to build an Arrow Looping Coaster! It does not have to be a copy of a real Arrow Looping Coaster, but it should look like it could have been made by Arrow. I recommend looking at real Arrow looping coasters for inspiration for your layout.
Rule 2: Your coaster track must mostly consist of Corkscrew Coaster track. You must use Corkscrew Coaster trains. Your layout must include at least one vertical loop and be a continuous circuit.
Rule 3: The deadline for this contest will be on Tuesday the 27th of July, at 20:00 CEST!
Rule 4: You are not allowed to use custom scenery, rides or vehicles for this round. You ARE allowed to use a custom palette if you want!
Rule 5: The maximum map size for this round will be 50 by 50 tiles!
Rule 6: There are no limits to the amount of other rides you can place in your entry!
Rule 7: Have fun!
