Hey everyone, the month May has started, so that means it is time for a new contest! For this month, everyone will have to build a Gerstlauer Infinity Coaster!

For the people who are wondering what Gerstlauer Infinity Coasters are, they are some of the most popular coasters in the world! Some very popular Infinity Coasters are Hangtime at Knott's Berry Farm, The Smiler at Alton Towers, Schwur des Karnan at Hansa park, and Fury at Bobbejaanland! Some features that are found on all Infinity Coasters are the giga coaster style track, and the 4-across seating trains. For Infinity Coaster layouts, almost anything is possible! Some of these coasters feature an LSM launch, some feature a vertical lift, with or without a vertical drop. Several of these coasters, like Gold Rush and Fury, also have a triple launch section. Some of these coasters focus on inversions like the Smiler which inverts 14 times, some are more catered to families and don't have inversions at all! Some of these coasters only go forwards, some of them also go backwards in parts. Some of these coasters have 2 cars per vehicle and look more like eurofighters, some of them have up to 5 vehicles and have a much bigger capacity! The possibilities are endless!

With so many possibilities, it may be difficult to decide what elements you want in your layout. It might be easier if you think of a theme first, and then some up with some elements that allow some cool interaction with the theme! For example, you could have a pirate theme where you build a big ship, with a triple launch coming out both ends of the ship! You could have a castle theme, where you build a vertical lift inside a big castle tower! If you decide on these things first, coming up with a layout should be much easier!
