In this round, I want everyone to build a ride which you don't see in many parks: I want everyone to build a maze! While making a maze sounds easy, it can actually be quite tricky to make a good maze. I have seen quite a few people make mazes that are very difficult for guests to actually find the exit in. First of all, you should limit the amount of junctions in the maze where the guests will have to choose a direction. If the amount of choices is limited, it will be easier for the guests to actually find the exit. This is clearly visible in the maze designs which come with Rollercoaster Tycoon 2. They look big and impressive, but most of the maze is just paths which the guests simply have to follow, while the amount of junctions is very limited. If a lot of your guests are complaining they want to get out of the maze, you have probably made it too difficult.
You should also not forget to decorate your maze! Mazes will usually look much better if they are decorated with trees, buildings, flowers and fences!
