Difficulty level: Easy
Hey everyone! A coaster type which you can find in many parks is a wooden rollercoaster! There are many different kinds of wooden rollercoasters. Some have out and back designs, where the coaster travels far from the station and then back in a pretty linear layout. In most wooden coaster designs the layout is more compact and travels back and forth several times. Many newer wooden coasters are much more curvy, and some even have inversions these days!
In my tutorial park I built a pretty simple Out and Back design. Note that while making a wooden coaster is not too difficult, it will get a lot more tricky if you decide to add footers to the coaster! This is also covered in the tutorial video. Also note that several months after this video was released, large horizontal to steep transitions were added to the wooden coaster, which makes building smooth wooden coasters easier!

For the people who are interested, I made another wooden coaster tutorial many years ago. It can still be found on Youtube. That was before I used a proper microphone, so the sound quality is pretty cringe. It does also cover things like adding a nice tunnel to the coaster!
