Hey everyone! The company Arrow used to make many coasters, and one of their models was the launched looper. It consists of a high platform from which the train drops down into a loop, and then up a second platform. From there the train drops backwards again through the loop, and then back to the original station.
You can find a rendition of this coaster type in the RCT1 scenario Crumbly Woods. The version of this coaster type in Crumbly Woods has a spike at the end of the second platform, to prevent the train from falling off, and to make it actually return backwards. However, with a very simple shoestring you are able to make it so the train will return backwards on a straight section.
This coaster type is pretty simple to build, and does not take up too much space. The most difficult part is making a nice-looking station for it!
